I was born in Barcelona in 1983 and got my Law Degree in 2006 from Pompeu Fabra University. The same year I started my professional career and since then I have worked in different law firms located in Barcelona, specializing in the areas of Family Law and Civil Litigation.

In 2018 I moved to Ibiza, and currently I provide legal services to clients from the island and from Barcelona. In both locations I have offices where I can offer them direct and personal assistance.

I am member of the Barcelona Bar Association (Il·lustre Col.legi d’ Advocats de Barcelona, member number 32.997) and my working languages are Spanish, Catalan and English. I am a member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA) associate nº 3654.

My methodology is based on a professional relationship of trust with my clients, and my challenge is to get a satisfactory resolution for the matters they raise to me.

The following three principles support this mission:

CLOSENESS: Since the very first moment I provide my clients a personal service and a close contact so they can get from me not only a high standard of legal advice, but also the necessary human support in the course of my professional intervention in the entrusted matter.

TRANSPARENCY: After the first meeting with my clients and before starting work, I provide them with a personalized and clear estimate of costs according to the circumstances of the case, as well as an evaluation of risks and likelihood of success so they can make considered decisions. Throughout all the proceeding I keep with every client continuous communication, so they can be aware of the situation and evolution of their case.

EFFICIENCY: Whenever possible, I tend to prioritize the way for dialogue and negotiation in order to reach an agreed solution to the controversy, which is generally more successful and avoids costs, both financial and emotional. Where this is not possible and there is not any other way but to litigate, the strategy to be carried out is decided according to technical rigor criteria and considering success rates in order to optimize resources.
